Whether just for a drink or while waiting for your dish at the restaurant, our lounge bar in Bouillon is a must for a successful evening.
Our lounge bar with a view of the castle is open to everyone, including non-hotel guests, from 3 PM onwards.
THE MENU
Our menu reflects our DNA, and is made up of drinks that are meaningful and close to our hearts, such as water that has been re-mineralized and energized by us, or kefir. But also drinks that have been the subject of a great deal of work and research, such as cocktails based on Arduenna gin.
Our menu is both prestigious and convivial. It's bold and local. Whatever the case, it's tasty and enjoyed in an exceptional, warm setting overlooking the château.
